Short, practical guides for the questions we hear most: what size vehicle to book, how to time a wedding day, what parents should know about prom and how to plan a wine tour.
Count everyone who will ride at the same time, not just the guest list. Then pick a vehicle with two or three spare seats. A ten-seat stretch carrying ten adults in formal wear is full; the same group is far more comfortable in a 12 to 14 seat SUV limo or Sprinter.
If people need to stand, dance or move around, go to a party bus. If the trip is mostly sitting between two places, a limo or Sprinter is enough.
For mixed groups, split the booking. A Rolls-Royce or stretch for the main people and a bus for everyone else often costs less than one oversized vehicle.
Tip 02
A Simple Wedding Day Limo Timeline
Start with the ceremony time and work backwards. Plan the bride's pickup to arrive at the ceremony 10 to 15 minutes early, and the wedding party a little before that.
After the ceremony, add travel to your photo locations. Popular Hamilton spots like the Royal Botanical Gardens, Dundurn Castle and Gage Park need their own time on the schedule, including parking and walking.
Finish with the drive to the reception. Send us the full list of stops and times and we will check the drive times before the day.
Tip 03
Prom Night Checklist for Parents
Agree on one parent as the contact for the booking. That person gets the pickup times and the chauffeur's details.
Confirm the full plan in writing: home pickup, photo stop, the school or venue, and the drop-off. Changes on the night should go through the booking contact.
Remind everyone that alcohol is not allowed for passengers under 19 in Ontario. Ask us about our policy before the night so there are no surprises.
Tip 04
Planning a Niagara Wine Tour by Limo
Pick three or four wineries, not six. Each tasting takes about an hour once you include parking, the tasting itself and buying a few bottles.
Check which wineries need reservations for groups, especially on summer weekends in Niagara-on-the-Lake and the Twenty Valley.
Book the vehicle by the hour and leave room for lunch. A Sprinter or limo bus is the usual choice for groups of 12 to 28.
Tip 05
What to Send Us for an Airport Pickup
Send the airline, flight number and scheduled arrival time. This lets us plan around early or late arrivals.
Tell us how many bags you have. Four people with large suitcases need an SUV, not a sedan.
Agree on a meeting point and keep your phone on after landing so the chauffeur can reach you.
